New Mobile Solutions in the Utility Sectors

Today almost all utility companies rely on public mobile phone networks for day to day communications. Still many are continuing to support and, in a few cases use, a private mobile network. Using the results of a worldwide enquiry on existing and planned developments, this study considers and reports on the issues involved in implementing new mobile services and systems.
